Dallas Artists Unpack Enigmatic Freedom In New Exhibit F.R.E.E
The Goldmark Cultural Center is pleased to present a group exhibition of new works featuring 11 African American artists from the Dallas area.

Artists featured in the show: Missy Burton, Evita Tezeno, Jennifer Cowley, J. LeShae, Tyra Goodley, Valerie Gillespie, Tschaner Sefas, Aileen Collins, Kanyi Muraguri, Terrell Weathersby & The Unknown.
This collective is intended to explore the relativity of freedom and each artist's perception of it. The works will feature photography, charcoals, mixed media, metals, paintings & multi-media.
"The inspiration for this exhibit came when Evita and I were approached by the Goldmark to do a show commemorating "Juneteenth"
"F.R.E.E." opens June 11, 2019, and is showing through July 12, 2019, in the John H. Milde Gallery located in The Goldmark Cultural Center 13999 Goldmark Drive, Dallas, Texas, 75240. The artists will be in attendance at the reception, Sunday, June 23, 2019, from 3-6 PM. Gallery hours are 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. Mon-Fri. Saturday showings are by appointment only.
