When we have a client for instance has a house in Greenville SC, but wants a second home condo in Myrtle Beach SC, our team will work together to assist throughout the transaction so the client retains their relationship with their original agent in their home town.Verses that client having to find another agent or company in another market."

James Schiller is a media arts graduate from University of South Carolina with a concentration in web marketing, SEO, video production, and lead generation. This is very unique in that most real estate companies have to hire someone with his expertise to help them market & produce marketing content for their seller's properties, whereas he can self produce buyers & interest in house for he and his team. By being able to keep the production power in house his clients benefit from hands-on attention all the time, analytics, property view impressions on the web, & more.  Two very recent listings his team had in Columbia: one sold for $22 sq ft higher than the highest price ever sold in the neighborhood and another one sold for $50,000 over ask price AFTER being priced $100 sq ft higher than recommended comps.  What is also impressive, our 'research producers found' is that he has four IDX websites that all rank extremely high on the first page of the three major search engines: Google, Bing & Yahoo, often times out ranking aggregator sites such as Zillow, Trulia, &  James employs two full time web developers that assist in his design & programming code which makes his sites & client's properties stay in front of buyers no matter what they're searching for in SC. What we found is this makes for an almost unfair advantage his/their client have over other South Carolina real estate companies. Which explains why he took his business model outside of Charleston. "I started to receive calls outside of my home town of Charleston with people wanting me to list or sell their properties in other parts of South Carolina because they had witnessed our marketing reach first hand. So, not only did I want to capitalize on the opportunities to help, I realized quickly that people in other markets & towns of South Carolina weren't confident in the marketing skills of the local agents they knew.
