LAS VEGAS - June 5, 2019 - PRLog -- With the hustle of daily tasks and events to attend it can be hard for business owners to operate with a strategic focus.

Rebecca Sherer and Jeanine Collins, founders of Cultivate. Academics, will lead an original Cultivate. learning lab, "Ready, Set…Reflect," Tuesday, June 18 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at The Coop coworking space, 1925 Village Center Circle Suite 150 in Las Vegas.

Small business owners will learn how to balance work and life to achieve fulfillment and ultimate purpose. During "Ready, Set…Reflect," attendees will connect, reflect and reimagine work and/or life purpose to drive strategic change for growth.

Collins expects that this event "will hold space for small business owners to reflect more deeply on their individual purposes, what drives them and why, and to uncover how knowing your infinite goal can clarify the next right moves to make. Participants will walk away having reimagined their purpose through collaborative conversations that will lead to identifying a personal/professional challenge and action steps to conquering it."

The Coop provides the space and community spirit to inspire entrepreneurs and spur them toward success. Independent professionals, startup launchers, small business owners and corporate innovators use The Coop to imagine and pursue what's possible.

Dana Berggren, owner of The Coop coworking space, said "There are many benefits to facilitating events such as Ready, Set...Reflect. One is that it brings value to members of The Coop and the community."

According to Berggren, events are typically free for members of The Coop. "We charge non-members a small fee to attend and then donate the fee to the non-profit of the speaker's choice. So we're raising awareness and funds for our local organizations who serve our Southern Nevada community. Another benefit is giving our local speakers and businesspeople a venue to speak and generate more opportunities for them to grow their business."

Workshop tickets are free for Coop members and $20 for non-members. View event details at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/ready-setreflect-tickets-626...

All ticket sales are donated to Communities In Schools Nevada, a non-profit providing community support for at risk students to stay in school and succeed in life. More info at https://www.cisnevada.org/.
