Boasting neighborhoods that include everything from single-family homes and townhomes to active adult ranch-style homes, the national homebuilder is seeking a diverse crew to manage its onsite sales offices and introduce its product to a growing fanbase.

Responsibilities of David Weekley Sales Consultants comprise: the ability to meet monthly/quarterly sales goals; maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction; prospecting, marketing & promoting new business; follow up with prospects throughout the sales process; maintaining a relationship with the local Realtor community; working and communicating effectively with customers & team-members throughout the sales, construction & warranty phases; and understanding the loan process. Consultants are required to work some weekends, evenings and the occasional holiday.
