DALLAS - June 2, 2019 - PRLog -- Travae Jones, currently a Kansas City, Missouri, resident, grew up circling the globe in a military family. Jones attended Junction City High School where he won a football state championship in 2008, as well as various accolades finishing as a Top 4 athlete in KSHAA State Track & Field meets four years in a row.

Travae went on to William Jewell College where he played football as well as participated in Track & Field. He earned a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in communications. His emphasis was in Pre-law and marriage counseling.

With his rich academic and athletic background, Jones has his sights set on sinking his cleats back into NFL territory. He has had previous affiliation with the Kansas City Chiefs, as well as the Houston Texans, but is still looking for his next pro opportunity.

Off the field, Jones is very engaged with philanthropic interests that are close to his heart. He is looking forward to hosting a youth camp in his hometown, as well as speaking and mentoring youth about the importance of decision-making and encouraging them to take the best routes in their lives. He also volunteers with the Boys & Girls Club and is a mentor with the Big Brother/Big Sister outreach program.
