CHICAGO & SPRINGFIELD, Ill. - May 28, 2019 - PRLog -- Forum Extended Care Services, one of the largest independent long-term care (LTC) pharmacies in the Midwest, is pleased to announce the addition of senior leadership positions that add value to customers and further extend Forum's capabilities.

Gina Gambaro joins the Forum Business Development Team as its Director of Business Development. Gina will be responsible for driving growth and expanding Forum's market reach. Gina's background includes various sales and business development roles with vibrant, high growth companies focused on senior care such as Redilearning, CareMerge, and Cipher Health.

Pete Toke, PharmD, FASCP, Senior Vice President at Forum, takes over responsibility for the company's Clinical and Educational Initiatives. In this newly created role, Pete leads clinical and consulting partnerships with a focus on creating value-added clinical services, as well as educational products and programs for Forum's expanding client base.
