"RED LION" NAMED BEST MUSIC VIDEO IN THE PSYCHEDELIC AND TRANSPERSONAL FILM AND MUSIC FESTIVAL IN NEW YORK. Music video "Red Lion" from "Metallia" by Greek progressive rock and metal artist Oh. (Olivia Hadjiioannou) wins three awards in a week.
The two-day Psychedelic and Transpersonal Film and Music Festival was held at the Producer's Club and The New School for Social Research in New York City as well as at the Spectacle Theater in Brooklyn. The festival explored visionary films that feature non ordinary reality experience and psychedelic and altered states of consciousness. The founder of the festival, science fiction film maker and producer Daniel Abella says, "The festival utilizes the visceral art forms of film and music. These are essential principles because they appeal to our visual, audio and kinesthetic senses and in doing so will allow individuals to achieve personal development and evoke emotional states of a higher well-being."
The award was accepted for Olivia (Oh.) by New York events manager, Josefa Vincent from founder Danial Abella at a short ceremony following the screenings at the Producers Club on May 25, 2019.
Olivia stated, "I am truly honored to receive this award and to have represented Greece.
