Phil Holman has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. He serves as a senior executive responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business. She is responsible for leading, training and managing the department team and commercial business development along with budgets and customer relations. She previously served as the company's Director of Commercial Claims and was a project manager for the office since 2013. Yost has vast experience in management and quality control in the construction supply chain industry and railroad profession. She is certified from The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).

John Billings has been promoted to Director of Large Loss. He is responsible for planning, procedures and coordination of estimating, project management along with claims activity and workflow during catastrophic events and large loss response teams. He previously served as large loss project manager at the office since 2017. Billings has more than 35 years of experience in construction and as a business owner and custom homebuilder. He is certified from The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).

Anthony Wilcox has been promoted to Director of Business Development. He is responsible for identifying and focusing on areas of the organization that require improvement while coaching team members and monitoring work progress. Wilcox also works with the human resources department to develop overall team member improvement and training for positions to ensure the company is accountable for practicing continuous improvement. Wilcox previously served as Director of Project Management and Senior Project Manager for the office. He has professional experience with Paul Davis for more than 12 years. His career background includes vast knowledge in property loss, construction, project management and sales.

In the company's core claims department, Kyle Moxley has been promoted to Director of Core Claims, Teanna Sanchez has been promoted to Director of Core Claims Sales, Drew Wilson has been promoted to Director of Core Claims Project Management, and Candace Payne has been promoted to Core Claims Mitigation Service Manager.

Sanchez is responsible for overseeing training and quality control in the estimating, project management and production departments within the company's third-party administrator (TPA) business division while working with the company's existing insurance network and new customers. She previously served as Quality Control Administrator for the office since 2018. Sanchez has extensive experience as a quality control expert and field adjuster while working in the financial services industry for more than 18 years. She holds an Associate degree in Accounting from Western International University in Tempe, AZ.

Wilson is responsible for overseeing project management and production department team members within the company's third-party administrator (TPA) business division while working with the company's existing insurance network and new customers. He previously served as an assistant project manager and project manager, team leader for the company since 2013. He is certified from The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).

Payne is responsible for the daily operations of the company's emergency and mitigation along with staffing, training and customer satisfaction in water, mold, fire and smoke damage projects, among others. She is also responsible for communicating with staff, homeowners, technicians, estimators, management and other team members along with vehicles and equipment inventory and maintenance and monitoring after hours claims, plus developing and maintaining an on-call schedule. Payne previously served as Emergency Services Estimator for company since 2018. She also worked for the Paul Davis office in Gaithersburg, Maryland for more than seven years as the company's Contents Division Manager and Loss Mitigation Manager.
