Fennemore Craig Announces Phoenix Office Managing Partner

A retired Marine Corp colonel, Fargotstein counsels a variety of clients – including large electricity generating facilities, cement manufacturers, smelters, mines and manufacturing facilities – in almost every aspect of environmental law and represents industrial clients on transactions and permitting, environmental air quality compliance and enforcement issues and appeals. He also advises clients on climate change issues and federal regulatory programs that address climate change. Fargotstein earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School and is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy.
