O.C. Companies put Clients to the Test at Porsche's L.A. Experience Center

CARSON, Calif. - May 20, 2019 - PRLog -- Plethora Businesses, First Foundation Bank, Hall & Company CPAs, TLD Law & Four Seasons Resort Maui partnered to host a client event at the L.A. Porsche Experience Center. The facility, which opened in 2016 and is located in Carson, features a 53-acre state-of-the-art race track. It is one of only two Porsche Experience Centers located in the United States. The event included a Mid vs. Rear engine driving experience, simulator lab, and a track-side lunch.

The 5 firms who came together to put on the event share a passion for excellent customer service and developing brand awareness.   It's no secret that one of the biggest trends in business right now, is the client experience. In a study done by PwC, "Experience is everything: here's how to get it right", PwC found "that if you give customers a great experience they'll buy more, be more loyal and share their experience with their friends".

Many of the clients in attendance were current or former owners of businesses in Orange County and adjacent regions.  "I didn't know Porsche offered this kind of experience!" exclaimed Mike Hanlon, who in 1995 co-founded TrumpCard, Inc., a multinational freight forwarding service, in Costa Mesa.  Event sponsor, Plethora Businesses had advised him on the successful sale of the Company in 2015.

The principals of the sponsoring companies included Tom Giddings (First Foundation), George Lanza (Plethora Businesses), Tony Price (Hall & Company), Brooke Pollard (TLD Law) and Jacqueline Nelson (Four Seasons).  "One of the keys to providing a great experience for your clients is connecting with them. Not only did the Porsche Experience Center allow for a fun event that made our clients feel appreciated, but it also allowed for a human connection to be built," the group expressed.

This event was so successful that the sponsors plan on scheduling other similar events for this year.
