Cedar Lake Cellars Names Winery Manager

ST. LOUIS - May 17, 2019 - PRLog -- Cedar Lake Cellars, a year-round winery and event venue, recently promoted Allison Carroll to Winery Manager.  In this position, Carroll will oversee the company's wine and beverage operations while promoting a strategic vision of financial growth and expansion opportunities.  She will oversee the day-to-day activities of the winery and its staff, as well as create and maintain relationships among vendors and partners.

Carroll has more than 15 years of hospitality industry experience.  Prior to joining Cedar Lake Cellars, Carroll served as a manager at a wedding venue in Georgia and previously as a food and beverage supervisor at a California hotel.  She earned her Associates in Arts (AA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Ventura College in Ventura, Calif.  Carroll also earned her Certified Event and Wedding Planner certification from the QC School of Event and Wedding Planning.

The winery currently sells craft and domestic beer, as well as 20 Cedar Lake Cellars California or Paso Robles wines, 3 Swans handcrafted wines from the West Coast, 25 wines of the world, and signature wine slushies.  A mixed drink menu features a wide assortment of liquors and mixes to choose from.
