BRISTOL, U.K. - May 8, 2019 - PRLog -- Bristol-based start-up Disability Toolbox has launched, with the aim of helping individuals with disabilities access health and support services more easily.

The toolbox is an online directory that enables individuals, therapists, case managers and deputies to find suitable and reputable resources, from practitioners to care agencies. Every provider that applies to join the directory is personally vetted by Nath Fernandes, the brainchild behind the website.

Nath has Cerebral Palsy and was inspired to create Disability Toolbox when he discovered the difficulties in finding reputable healthcare providers. After spending hours and hours trawling the internet, he saw a need for a central database of quality, compassionate professionals.

Nath used his experience of running a nationwide disability consultancy, and his experiences as an individual with CP, to develop his ideal 'one-stop-shop' for local resources.

Each listing on the directory is thoroughly reviewed, and providers are required to display their credentials and CQC rating, as the aim of Disability Toolbox is to ensure quality of service. Client testimonials are also displayed on the site.

Currently the directory includes a range of providers across Occupational Therapy, Hydrotherapy, Podiatry, Physiotherapy and Speech and Language Therapy, as well as care agencies, case managers, and brain injury lawyers.

In time, Nath hopes that more healthcare services and associated professionals join the site, to increase their visibility and create an even greater value for disabled individuals. Disability Toolbox is set to become an important resource for accessing disability services across the UK.
