The Agent First and Caller First callback application is compatible with Avaya IX Contact Center solutions
INI SureConnect enables contact centers with long inbound call queues to offer callers a callback instead of waiting in queue. With Agent First or Caller First callback method options, organizations can first connect the agent, enabling information preview and call preparedness, or connect the caller first when he or she is next in queue. The application is now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with the Avaya IX Contact Center component Avaya Aura® Experience Portal 7.2.
