Dr. Gail Ferreira, CEO, Prima Leader, Inc., is an international Lean-Agile transformation leader and subject matter expert in Agile. She states, "The use of cloud agile project management tools provides a large amount of adaptability and flexibility for teams and organizations that support the tenets of the Agile Manifesto, while providing scalability for exponential growth. The ability to respond to complex team and organizational changes in real time empowers teams to thrive and reach new heights, while providing leadership with up to date information they can use to make decisions in an enterprise agile environment. Not only are infrastructure constraints challenged in a cloud agile environment, but the ability to inspect and adapt results to align with agile values is a critical value-add ingredient. Organizations who are not using cloud agile project management tools are being left behind in the dust."
This event will address topics such as What are the most productive cloud-based Agile tools, based on PM World's ebook Cloud Agile Tools. The ebook provides an evaluation of three leading cloud based project management Agile tools: JIRA, VersionOne and Rally. The tools were assessed using a standard Agile framework use-case scenario with a core set of criteria for successfully executing a project through all stages of a project life cycle.
