InsuranceHub Welcomes Email Marketing Specialist Alec Angell
Tech-Driven Insurance Agency Enhances Its Marketing Technology Team with Email Communications, Marketing Analysis and Data Management Professional
In this role, Angell's duties will include email communications – both internal and consumer-facing;
"As we become more connected to those around us, I want to connect InsuranceHub to all the customers in a more personalized way," explained Angell. "I want to make people feel at home when talking to our reps. We are the experts who make insurance easy. I believe email is still one of the best ways to communicate with people. Nearly everyone has their email on their phone, and direct communications to our customers will only continue to increase as technology continues to permeate our lives. The more connected we are to our customers, the more we can help them get the most out of insurance. Digital communications are increasing their importance. If we can stay on track with how technology is changing, we can stay ahead of the curve and surpass our competitors."
Rapid growth over the last five years has allowed InsuranceHub to dedicate full time staff members to a technology- and marketing-focused division. Earlier this year, InsuranceHub announced that Lee LeBaigue had been tapped to lead that division as VP of Technology. The Marketing Technology division at InsuranceHub is responsible for marketing, lead generation, application development, and the ultimate goal of making insurance easy. Angell marks its newest addition.
"Communication is key in our industry," said Jason Marlowe, InsuranceHub Marketing Director. "Alec will have the monumental task of ensuring that we're communicating clearly and regularly with our current and prospective clients to make certain that they're receiving the products and services they need. Many of those communications will be received on mobile devices – a segment that is surging in terms of communication and internet use. Alec will see to it that all communications are also visually pleasing – whether viewed on a PC or a smartphone. His skills in data analysis and management will help us determine what is working and where we need to adjust our marketing efforts. He's already proving himself to be a valuable addition to our team."
