Declassification of CBD in Texas Clears Path for Radix Remedies Store Openings
By: Radix Remedies
The legal landscape changing has opened the doors for Radix Remedies and similar companies. "The Farm Bill passing has provided clarity on the newfound legal status of hemp and hemp derived products - which CBD is. We are excited the state of Texas has now followed suit with their own declassification. With this passing we are now ready to roll out our entire line of products online and in storefronts sprinkled across central Texas to start, with plans to open more storefronts and to expand our product offerings moving forward," said So-Founder Joshua Barnett.
"We've had the opportunity to hear many inspiring stories during the short time we've been open and can't be any more excited to be expanding into other areas for more people to have the chance to experience our premium CBD oil and dog treats," added Co-Founder Aaron Jezisek.
America's curiosity about the potential benefits of CBD has gone hand in hand with the quick growth of Radix Remedies. Along with the 3 Austin area stores, interest for Radix Remedies products across the country has increased with many unique stores now offering Radix Remedies Premium CBD oils, salves, softgels, gummies, skin care line, and pet treats.
"We want to have stores that you would feel comfortable bringing your family into. Some customers, rightfully so with the misinformation out there, have an uncertainty towards CBD. Radix Remedies is here to educate and evolve the CBD space," said Co-Founder Kevin Whatley.
The three new Radix Remedies stores will be opening early April, with grand opening's to follow in May. Along with the current line of products, each store is expected to start carrying Radix Remedies CBD infused cold brew coffee. The Radix team is looking forward to educating the community and providing the potential amazing health benefits of CBD in a comfortable environment where anyone will feel welcome and comfortable.
