Heroes First Home Loans Adds New Business Development Mortgage Loan Originator Jack May

PALM COAST, Fla. - April 17, 2019 - PRLog -- Sam Royer, Director of Heroes First Home Loans Flagler Beach, is pleased to announce the company has added Jack May to their team as a mortgage loan originator.

"Jack has been in the mortgage industry since he was a sophomore in high school," said Royer. "He grew up in the business and knows the industry from back to front and we are excited to add him to our team," Sam added.

"My father started Cherry Creek Mortgage in the 1980's," said Jack. "I've had the opportunity to experience every department in the company since I was 16 years old," he added. Jack said he is passionate about helping the heroes that they serve and enjoys meeting new people and helping them find a mortgage solution that's right for them.

Jack is a fifth generation Coloradoan from Cherry Hills Village, CO. Jack graduated from the University of AZ and has been a loan officer for two years. His duties include community engagement and originating new loans.

"It's been amazing having an office at the beach," said Jack. "I love the small town feel of Flagler Beach - everyone is very friendly here," he added. In his spare time, Jack enjoys snowboarding, fishing, golfing and wants to learn to surf.

Heroes First Home Loans is proud to have donated over $50k its first year in business to first responder organizations as well as veteran's groups. They have saved these 'Heroes' from the military, ministry, firefighters, law enforcement professionals, educators, civil service workers and healthcare providers, past or present, over $250k since they opened in 2017.

Director Sam Royer has received several awards for his donations and community service including a Josette Sullivan Humanitarian Award from Cherry Creek Mortgage, his parent company, a Distinguished Service Citation from the Office of the Chief of Police (Daytona Beach), a Citizenship Award from the Volusia County Sheriff's Office, and several appreciation letters, including one from the Flagler Beach Police Department.
