AFEA Expands by Adding Chapter in San Jose, CA

SAN JOSE, Calif. - April 10, 2019 - PRLog -- The American Financial Education Alliance (AFEA) is dedicated to providing financial education and increasing financial literacy within communities all over the country. Today, the Board of Directors has chosen to continue to do just that, by unanimously voting Peter Eells as the new Chapter President of AFEA's San Jose, CA, #4664 chapter.

Peter Eells is passionate about helping people achieve their best financial selves by awakening them to new possibilities in how they think about money. He is eager to build strong relationships based on trust and integrity and educate people how to win, even in bad economic times.

He brings an eye for detail and a tech-savvy approach to financial services and legacy planning, along with a desire to provide five-star, personalized service. Peter's analytical approach to financial services yields creative and reliable plans that beat expectations by a significant margin.

After 16 years in the fields of engineering, marketing and sales, and an engineering degree from UC Berkeley, Peter started his financial services career in 2006 with Aegon, Americas where he was promoted four times in two years based on personal and team production and recruiting results.

He was awarded #2 Top Personal Producer and Top 10 Recruiter in 2007 out of 500+ agents. He recruited, field trained and supervised a team of 8 securities registered representatives for the sale of financial services products in a consultative selling environment. He performed at top 1% of over 500 agents in an industry with high attrition and a declining market. As a Marketing Director and Branch Office Supervisor, he regularly educated agents in training classes and clients in seminars as a Speaker/Trainer.

Peter joined CalChoice Financial in 2018 where he and his team feel they can best serve the interests of their clients. Here, he and his team dedicate themselves to providing an uncommon level of service fueled by skills in listening, understanding, and meeting clients' needs.
