MEDIA RELEASE: Local mortgage broker recognized as industry top performer

TORONTO - April 10, 2019 - PRLog -- A BC mortgage broker has just been recognized in a prestigious list of the industry's top performers.

DLC Guaranti Mortgages's Elvis Hui has been included in Canadian Mortgage Professional magazine's annual Top 75 Brokers report, recognizing the brokers who have achieved impressive results over the past year.

To qualify as a Top Broker, applicants were ranked based on their residential deals in 2018.

"Even in a down market, this year's Top 75 all surpassed the $59 million mark in volume and found ways to make it to the top of the pack during one of the industry's most challenging years," says CMP journalist Heather Turner. "In this year's report they share the keys to their business and where they see the market heading in 2019."

Some of the names on the list are serial high performers including Hui who has secured his fourth consecutive Top 75 title, ranking third in 2019. Hui puts his success down to his consistent focus on the customer experience. Building strong referral relationships and being an active participant in his local community has seen him defy the market slow down to increase both volume and loans funded.
