Mosaic Migrates US Trust Company to Platform

OREM, Utah - April 9, 2019 - PRLog -- Mosaic Online ("Mosaic") finalized a contract today to provide Kodiak Trust Company ("KTC")  with its core services and products on the Mosaic platform.  KTC will immediately take advantage of the Mosaic Client Portal as well as the Advisor Portal and begin the integration of a curated suite of bespoke products built specifically for investment advisory and client-servicing businesses such as performance apps, execution and trading interfaces, research portal, mutual fund acquisition, model portfolio subscriptions, financial planning apps, portfolio rebalancers, and model of model tools.

Mosaic Director and Head of Strategic Partnerships, Robert Jensen, said that he is "thrilled to partner with a dynamic player in the trust company market where there are so many new growth opportunities, especially for a firm like KTC that has the ability to leverage cutting-end, cloud-based services".   Mr. Jensen noted that KTC, as a relatively new company based in Alaska, "can leapfrog competitors by providing its clients a high-end experience while managing its business with state-of-the-art technology solutions."

Jeff Wright, CEO of KTC, agreed that the opportunity to take a company with 18 months of operations and immediately position itself as competitor to larger, older trust companies "was clearly the intention of the Mosaic alliance," going on to say that "our competitive advantage will be clear, not to mention that the economics of the relationship give us distinct operating leverage and scalability."

KTC is the first U.S.-based firm with whom Mosaic has developed a partnership.  Mosaic believes that its offering will most effectively serve the needs of international asset managers, broker-dealers, and other financial institutions that need to take advantage of technology-based services that have been lacking heretofore.  Mr. Jensen noted that future growth is most likely to come from such entities that are domiciled in Asia and Latin America where Mosaic has clients currently as is building towards new and important alliances, saying "we expect to announce several meaningful business relationships during 2019 in Central Asia where there is truly a need and hunger for the kind of solutions we can provide."
