Dealer Teamwork's Massive Growth Leads to New Promotions for James Klaus and Eric Miltsch

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. - April 9, 2019 - PRLog -- In a move to bolster its marketing and sales departments amid surging company growth, Dealer Teamwork is promoting its Vice President of Sales, James Klaus, to Chief Sales Officer. Co-founder, Eric Miltsch, will also take on the role of Director of Marketing. These promotions come at a time of strategic restructuring for Dealer Teamwork in order to continue meeting the shifting needs of the automotive industry and customers.

When asked about the decision to promote Klaus, Dealer Teamwork CEO and Co-founder, Sean Stapleton, stated, "Between his attitude, effort and ethics, it was a no brainer to move James to Chief Sales Officer. This new position is a natural evolution for him." Speaking about promoting Miltsch, Stapleton said, "Eric was added because of his experience and because the volume of work for the marketing department is growing larger. Klaus has over 15-years experience in retail automotive. He previously spent time at two dealer groups and held many positions including Sales Manager, Internet Manager and eCommerce Director.

Miltsch joins Dealer Teamwork's marketing team and brings his successful retail automotive marketing experiences with him. Speaking about future collaboration between Dealer Teamwork's marketing and sales teams, Miltsch stated, "The marketing department will increase its contribution and communication with the sales department and execute projects more effectively to improve the quality of our company's brand and culture."
