AbboMax offers a portfolio of 70 anti-cd antibodies

SAN JOSE, Calif. - April 5, 2019 - PRLog -- AbboMax, Inc offers a portfolio of over 70 anti-CD antibodies. Some of these antibodies have proven to be essential for biomedical research, as well as in biotechnology.  The human cluster of differentiation (CD) antigens are expressed on cells of the human immune system (leukocytes) and on other cell types. Cluster of differentiation molecules are defined or classified by the reference monoclonal antibodies to which they bind. Each unique molecule is assigned a different number designation, which allows identification of cell phenotypes. The CD nomenclature was proposed and established in the 1st International Workshop and Conference on Human Leukocyte Differentiation Antigens (HLDA). This system was intended for the classification of the many monoclonal antibodies generated by different laboratories around the globe against epitopes on the surface molecules of leukocytes. CD antigens now include some intracellular molecules. CD molecules can act in numerous ways, often acting as receptors or ligands. The CD antigens interactions are fundamental to cell signaling.  Some CD proteins have other functions, such as cell adhesion. Many cells express more than one CD marker. The CD antigens are commonly used as cell markers in immunophenotyping, allowing cells to be defined based on what molecules are present on their surface. Some CD antibodies have been recognized as invaluable tools for the treatment of several malignancies and autoimmune diseases. Now over 370 CDs for humans are identified.

AbboMax has been developing & manufacturing high performance immunoassay reagents for many years in California.  We specialize in high-quality custom service and products focusing on antibody development, including rabbit polyclonal, phosphospecific antibodies, IHC grade monoclonal antibodies, FFPE cell pellets slides, tissue/cell blocks and CRO services
