The property is a landmark in Arizona and the true gem of Cochise County featuring the iconic "Wheel of Progress." The 100% self-storage facility sold March 29, 2019 for $6,850,000. Eagle Commercial represented the Seller. A regional self storage operator won the deal.
Jeff Gorden shared the following about the sale, "Secondary market properties are often overlooked by the most visible of self storage buyers today. Of course we have great contacts with all of the large and institutional buyers, but this sale is a direct result of our exceptional industry relationships with secondary and even tertiary market operators. We knew the right people to match to the property and were able to reach them immediately to effect a rapid response of offers. The Seller was very happy to have several bidders lining up for the property and to have an uneventful escrow. With a deep sense of gratitude, this sale marks our fourth self storage sold in Cochise County in the last year and a half."
