The Mississippi-based edtech company demonstrates continued momentum by welcoming two new customer-facing specialists to its Hattiesburg office.

New SchoolStatus team members:
Amanda Matthews, Customer Support Specialist
Ms. Matthews brings years of customer support expertise and a healthy dose of wit to her new position at SchoolStatus. Matthews' responsibilities include responding to customer needs via phone or online chat, troubleshooting support requests, and contributing to operations content.
Dane Conrad, Technical Onboarding Specialist
As a retired educator specializing in Information and Instructional Technology, Dane Conrad offers an increased understanding of educator needs to the Development Team. Conrad's responsibilities are to aide customers as a concierge during the onboarding experience.
In addition to the new Hattiesburg hires, SchoolStatus has welcomed three new individuals in its Atlanta, Georgia office specializing in Digital Marketing, Erica Cowan, in Client [Sales] Development, Carolyn Petrosian, and as a Client Executive, [Sales] Mark Sharp.
