Attorney Brittany Weiner Named Rising Star by Super Lawyers

NEW YORK - April 1, 2019 - PRLog -- Super Lawyers Magazine selected attorney Brittany Weiner as a 2019 New York Rising Star. Only 2.5% of attorneys in New York Metro area have received the distinction, according to the publication. This is the third consecutive year that Ms. Weiner has been selected to the honorable list of Rising Stars.

Since the last selection by Super Lawyers, Ms. Weiner has continued to represent individuals in their employment suits, including but not limited to severance negotiation, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and unpaid wages. Ms. Weiner also represents registered representatives through FINRA arbitration, including 8210 investigations, termination disputes and requests for Form U5 expungement.

Brittany Weiner has represented clients involved in litigation that resulted in significant verdicts or settlements. She is currently a partner of Imbesi Law, P.C., managing the firm's employment, FINRA arbitration and class action divisions.
