April 23 Seminar at The Coop will help entrepreneurs find their footing

"Productivity Overhaul" will equip businesses with the four pillars of the S.T.O.P. Framework that will help them leverage resources and attain peak performance. It will also highlight the advantages of The Coop, a coworking space where camaraderie and creativity can thrive.

De La Garza, the host of the "Productivity Straight Talk" podcast, says that although business owners have the flexibility to make their own schedules and plot their own futures, they can get distracted and overextended. At the seminar, she will give attendees the tools to stop overagreeing to work assignments, stop trying to do everything by themselves and start breaking through plateaus to succeed.

"With S.T.O.P., by the end of the day, someone can power through a long task list, make headway with the team on big projects, provide excellent service to clients and close a few deals," De La Garza said. "And all with minimal stress."
