ATLANTA - March 29, 2019 - PRLog -- Science, Engineering and Mathematics Link Inc. (SEM Link) will eagerly host its 12th Annual Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Career Fair and Exhibition at the Morehouse School of Medicine in the National Center for Primary Care (NCPC) atrium.  This event will afford K-12 students with an opportunity to engage in STEM career exploration, meet and interact with professionals in the respective fields. The event will convene on Saturday, April 13th at 10:00am and end at 2:00 pm. The Morehouse School of Medicine is located 720 Westview Drive. The event is free and open to the public. Morehouse School of Medicine's Pipeline Initiative, Office for Educational Outreach and Health Careers is the main sponsor for this fair.  "The collaboration with SEM Link is exciting because we both share the mission of immersing students in STEM through hands-on experience and career exposure. This is critical as it encourages students to experiment and aids in developing strong problem-solving skills. Additionally, it introduces students to STEM professions that can inspire them on what the future holds." Stated Dr. Rahmelle Thompson, Assistant Dean, Pipeline Initiatives

Additional financial support for the career fair comes from the Jack and Jill of America Foundation, The H.J. Russell Company and the American Society for Clinical Pathology.   "I'm very excited to host this year's fair at Morehouse School of Medicine and to have them as a sponsor and partner. This allows us to expand the STEM careers that we expose youth to include biomedical and health careers."  For more information about the fair contact SEM Link via email at info@semsuccess.org or phone at (888)600-6294.
