Every year since, the Silver Bow Montessori Spring Fling has grown bigger and better, becoming an annual community event. It is now the school's single biggest fundraiser. All proceeds benefit the Silver Bow Montessori School, a non-profit organization. Funds have traditionally been used for learning tools for the children and teachers and maintenance of the school. In the past most students of Silver Bow Montessori were of pre-K and kindergarten age. In more recent years the school has seen an increase of students in their elementary classroom (first through sixth grades) and is in need of expansion.
