A riveting revue of Broadway's most prominent productions, The World of Musicals revisits Evita, Les Misérables, The Phantom of the Opera, Jersey Boys and more with prominent West End performers who have toured worldwide. Enjoy hits from newer musicals such as Rocky and Sister Act 2 along with classics by Rodgers and Hammerstein, George Gershwin and other Golden Age greats.

Shakespeare's Writings about Politics and Their Relationship to Our Time
Lecturer: Dr. Ronald Meyers

Shakespeare had a great interest in politics because of the momentous impact regarding the conflict between the religious sects of Catholics and Protestants in England and throughout the continent at the time. He came to London and wrote about kings and their conflicts with their subjects. This lecture will demonstrate how his plays explore these topics in ways that relate to our current political discourse.

Mountainfilm On Tour
(PEAK)
Colorado's Telluride Mountainfilm festival, which seeks to inspire audiences to create a better world, features potent portrayals of current issues. Mountainfilm on Tour presents a selection of culturally rich, adventure-packed and inspiring documentary films curated from the annual festival held every Memorial Day weekend. A Mountainfilm host will introduce each film, followed by a discussion after the presentation.
