New Conference for Women Podcasters Being Funded on Kickstarter

ATLANTA - March 26, 2019 - PRLog -- She Podcasts, the community-centered organization that supports almost 12,000 women in podcasting, has launched a new conference to bring women podcasters together for education, collaboration, camaraderie, and support. She Podcasts LIVE: A Woman's Podcasting Experience is a 3-day program that will be held October 11-13 in Atlanta, GA for women and non-binary podcasters. The conference is the only podcasting event that caters to both independent women podcasters and their employed peers, and will offer content specifically designed for attendees under 4 tracks: Start, Refine, Grow, Accomplish.

"She Podcasts LIVE will be a conference where you can get the education you need to start podcasting, yes," said Elsie Escobar, co-founder of She Podcasts.  "But this conference will also focus on teaching women the energy, mindset, and confidence needed to keep their podcasts alive."

"The industry is at a crucial, exciting time in development," adds Jessica Kupferman, co-founder. "We have 30-40 requests into our Facebook group every DAY, and it is already bursting at almost 12,000 women."

Program participants will receive 3 days of learning sessions, keynote speakers, networking events, and social events, as well as the opportunity to get their show in front of advertisers who focus on women's programming, and in front of podcasting networks that are looking for new talent.

She Podcasts currently has a Kickstarter that is over 40% backed, with a little over 20 days to go to fund the campaign. Ticket prices are currently at $149 and $299 for a VIP experience, which is listed as premium seating, special VIP Green Room and will also include an exclusive VIP only social function.
