This water will be inside, between and outside of cells. The human body naturally loses the water in the form of urination, and by sweat. Dehydration is a condition where the human body loses more amount of fl­uids which you drink or consume. Most of the dehydration can be rectified easily by increasing fluid intakes, such as water, coconut water, fruit juices etc. but severe dehydration may require immediate medical support. The most common symptoms of severe dehydration are body cramping, shock, kidney failure etc. If the dehydration is not treated properly, it may lead to a serious problem. Dehydration is very easy to remedy, but it can create a major health issue if it is left unchecked.

• Dehydrated patient's needs to avoid taking caffeine related products like coffee, tea, cool drinks and sodas.

• Drink plenty of water and fluids, irrespective of the seasons.
• Consume more vegetables and fruits which are rich in water content, such as, watermelon, orange, cucumber etc.
• Limit your caffeine intake
• Avoid taking alcohol and cool drinks
• People who are working or doing activities in extreme hottest part of the day should be very cautious, they need to carry replenishing fluids as a priority.
• If you did much physical activity or gym or any sort of exercises, the best way is to consume or take high-quality of electrolyte drink or electrolyte supplements. Because you may lose salts while doing physical activities in the form of sweat.
• Make sure to carry some fluids when you are out on a sunny day or outside for long periods of time.
