The panelists will also explore a range of unexpected issues that business owners must understand before entering the field including what corporate structures are allowed, what licensures are required, what relevant laws may regulate your business, accounting & finance, taxes, how to onboard an employee – whether they are LN's, TCN's or Expats (local nationals, third country nationals, or expats from US), cultural issues, geopolitical, security and safety, risk management, insurance, logistics and operational challenges.

Wolf will give an overview of how to approach doing business in a foreign country in a cost-effective manner that also complies with the regulations governing the industry. Being a former CFO and consultant to multiple companies conducting business outside the Continental United States, Wolf looks forward to educating new business owners with her fellow panelists about the exciting opportunities in the OCONUS market.
