Attend a Writers Retreat in the Twin Cities!

LEXINGTON, S.C. - March 21, 2019 - PRLog -- Jan-Carol Publishing, Inc., (JCP) of Johnson City, Tennessee is excited to announce our upcoming writers retreat, Women Writers—Ready? Set! Go!, in partnership with Twin Cities Retreat.

Women writers of all genres and experience levels are welcome from Friday, June 21st through Sunday, June 23rd. Come with an idea, and you'll get the time, space, and instruction needed to write and to get your book published!

You'll stay at a beautifully rustic, restored mansion located in Bristol, TN, surrounded by the majestic Blue Ridge Mountains of Northeast Tennessee. This is a three day, two-night workshop with a full agenda, including Q & A discussions, group writing sessions, and tours of beautiful, historic downtown Bristol. (In 2018, The Discoverer, a Denver-based firm and online travel promotion website that connects with a verified 2.2 million travel enthusiasts, compiled and published a list of inviting small towns in all 50 states. Bristol, Virginia was named as a small town to visit!)

Early registration for the event expires March 31^st and is $1,200 per person. Pre-registration ends April 30^th for $1,650 per person, and late registration ends May 15^th for $1,950 per person. Included in the cost of the event is all lodging and all meals, coffee, tea, snacks, daily lectures, outdoor activities, writing exercises, workshops, free writing time, a question & answer session, and a 'get inspired' tour of the twin cities, Bristol, VA and Bristol, TN. Friday check in is at 3:00 p.m. and pickup from the TriCities Airport is included.

Writers interested in arriving early on Thursday rather than Friday should expect to add $300 to the cost of the retreat and will receive additional experiences such as a visit to the Bristol Motor Speedway and a scenic stroll through Steele Creek Park.
