Tyto Athene announces appointment of Kay Kapoor and John Johnson to its Executive Advisory Board

HERNDON, Va. - March 21, 2019 - PRLog -- Tyto Athene, LLC, backed by Arlington Capital Partners, has announced today that both Kay Kapoor and John Johnson have been appointed to its Executive Advisory Board (EAB).  The EAB will assist in implementing the company's strategy to capitalize on future growth opportunities by providing counsel with respect to acquisition strategies, Government relations and market capitalization opportunities.  The EAB will also provide Government outreach programs to facilitate the company's business plans worldwide.

Kay Kapoor is the founder and CEO of Arya Technologies, LLC. Ms. Kapoor brings to the Tyto Athene EAB more than 27 years of industry experience in technology driven companies serving Government markets.  Prior to her role at Arya Technologies, Ms. Kapoor served as President of AT&T's Global Public Sector organization.  Prior to joining AT&T, Ms. Kapoor served as chairman and CEO of Accenture Federal Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Accenture, LLC. Before that, Ms. Kapoor spent 20 years with Lockheed Martin Corporation, serving in roles of increasing responsibilities, leading business units as well as Government relations functions.

John Johnson is a partner in the renowned and highly respected government consulting firm, Deep Water Point, LLC.  Mr. Johnson brings over 33 years of Government Information Technology (IT) and IT Acquisition experience — spanning the Department of Defense (DoD) and the General Services Administration (GSA) — to his new role as a member of the Tyto Athene EAB.  Prior to joining Deep Water Point, Mr. Johnson was the first Assistant Commissioner for the GSA's Federal Acquisition Service – Integrated Technology Service (ITS) – where Mr. Johnson managed the U.S. Government's largest "Fee for Service" IT procurement and services operation.
