XTM International releases XTM Cloud v11.6

LONDON - March 18, 2019 - PRLog -- XTM International, a company famed for an award-winning online translation management system, has now released XTM Cloud v11.6. The new version introduces numerous enhancements in the area of project management, XTM Editor, machine translation, XTM Engine, XTM Portal and the REST API. Thanks to these improvements, users will experience better project costs overview, higher flexibility, bidirectional translation efficiency and language-specific penalty profiles.

Costs overview

XTM v11.6 offers Force manual time tracking that helps to get a better overview of costs before the project starts. Enabling Force manual time tracking option causes the workflow to be blocked until the Project Manager, linguist or LSP provides the required time value.

Increased flexibility

XTM Cloud v.11.6 enables users to change the text orientation in XTM Editor after it's been entered into the target segment. XTM Cloud v.11.6 also supports MadCap Flare files with the following file formats: XML, HTML, XML with HTML, and CSS.

Better translation efficiency

XTM Cloud v11.6 also extends the list of supported MT engines with DeepL. This MT engine provides more nuanced translations similar to that of human translators. Quality output produced by DeepL combined with human post-editing in XTM ensures faster and more accurate translations.
