-- Global warming and extreme weather events are causing major disruptions in the lives of many millions of the world's populations. The consensus amongst climatologists is that excessive combustion of fossil fuels has elevated atmospheric levels of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases. The suggested remedy is for the world to reduce the amount of carbon being emitted into the atmosphere. This suggestion is being resisted, however, because it would have immediate adverse consequences on economic and industrial developments. An alternative explanation has been proposed for climate change. The reasoning supporting this explanation has been detailed in a recent publication by Martin WJ "Electromagnetic Radiation Causes Weight Loss and Weight Destabilization of Objects with Presumed Elevated Levels of KELEA (Kinetic Energy Limiting Electrostatic Attraction), Relevance to Human Health and to Global Warming (http://m.scirp.org/
." Journal of Modern Physics 10(3): 195-213, 2019. Basically, the explanation for global warming is as follows" Cloud formation relies upon an ionizing force that enters the lower atmosphere in association with cosmic rays. The force is called KELEA (kinetic energy limiting electrostatic attraction). Separated electrical charges created by the increasing amounts of manmade electromagnetic radiation have reduced the available levels of atmospheric KELEA, leading to a reduction in cloud formation. Since clouds can partially reflect some of the heat from the sun, this has resulted in more heat coming to the surface of the earth. The resulting increase in the temperature of the oceans has led to the release of some of the dissolved carbon dioxide and this is contributing to the increasing atmospheric level of carbon dioxide. Snow can also partially reflect some of the sun's heat, and a reduction in snow-covered areas of the earth can also contribute to the extra heat absorption by the earth. Rather than focusing on the industrial production of greenhouse gases, climatologists should explore ways of increasing the cloud cover over the earth. The late Dr. Wilhelm Reich had studied a form of energy that he called orgone, which is likely the same as KELEA. Dr. Reich was able to project orgone into the atmosphere from sources of running water leading to increased cloud formation. KELEA activated water, also referred to as KELEA excellerated water can be easily produced. Closed containers of KELEA excellerated water can radiate an ionizing energy, which can be tested for the formation of cloud condensation nuclei. The levels of KELEA can also be increased in various items using KELEA excellerated water. The added KELEA can be removed by exposure of the items with electromagnetic radiation. The rates of addition and removal of KELEA using these procedures can, however, be somewhat irregular with periods of rather abrupt changes. It is not unreasonable, therefore, to suggest that unusually rapid additions of KELEA resulting from the variable interplay between cosmic rays and electromagnetic radiation, could be the triggering factors in creating major storms, including hurricanes and tornadoes. Dr. Reich indicated that orgone energy could affect the path of a hurricane. Climatologists interested in pursuing some of these concepts are encouraged to read the above-cited article and to contact its author at wjohnmartin@
