The grand-prize was a Polaris RZR XP 1000 — plus $5,000 towards the prize taxes!
Mr. Dailey made a donation in November of 2018. His method — spread the donation across several giveaways — proved to be a good one. "When I made a donation I knew I'd be helping out some great charities and at the same time have a chance to win something," he said. "How can you go wrong?"
On Wednesday February 13, 2019, he received the news via telephone that he had won the Off-Road Adventure Dream Giveaway. "When I got the call from Chris and he asked me if I was sitting down, I started to realize I may have won something," he said. "The best part of winning was not just winning the actual vehicle but actually seeing it in person for the first time and knowing it was real," he said. "When I got the vehicle home and my wife saw it, she just couldn't believe it. I plan on taking the Polaris to Highland Park which is a 1,000 acre off-road park."
Mr. Dailey is a financial advisor. In his free time he enjoys off-roading on his Yamaha WR450 and Suzuki DR650 motorcycles. He now has his Polaris RZR XP 1000 to add to that collection. Mr. Dailey had this to say to anyone who is considering entering a Dream Giveaway, "If you're at all interested in the vehicles they give away, you should absolutely enter because it's real!"
The Off-Road Dream Giveaway award ceremony was held on February 28th, 2019, in Clearwater, Florida, inside the Dream Giveaway Garage. The award ceremony is available for viewing on Facebook and YouTube.
