Top Vegan Cooking Academy and Top Italian Pizza Oven Company Partner Together

PALMA DE MALLORCA, Spain - March 12, 2019 - PRLog -- Vegan Gastronomy Culinary Academy, the world's leading vegan cooking academy has announced a partnership with Valoriani Refractory ovens of Reggello, Tuscany Italy. In the partnership the two plan on bringing the highest performing ovens on the market to homes and pizza restaurants around the world. This partnership will bring more vegan options to an expanding global client base.

"We drove through the beautiful and romantic hills of Tuscany, Italy to understand why Valoriani is known as 'The Ferrari of Pizza Ovens'," commented Manuel Lynch, Founder of Vegan Gastronomy Culinary Academy.  "It was amazing to walk back time to learn about a 120 year old company. Valoriani took the artisanal craft of pizza making and created a way for anyone around the world to experience the same high quality pizza."

Valoriani, founded in the 1890s in Figline Valdarno Tuscany, Italy manufactures both residential and commercial pizza ovens. Their machines are wood fired or use gas.  All of their products are in compliance with the The True Neapolitan Pizza Association (AVPN). The mission of the AVPN is to promote the true Neapolitan pizza (verace pizza napoletana) around the world.

Aspiring pizza chefs or pizzaolis can now train with Vegan Gastronomy to make the classic Neopolitan fired pizza in a modern oven.  The oven at the academy heats to 450 Celsius in 30-40 minutes and can cook pizzas in 60 seconds.

"We took a big step and decided to not only make a Vegan Pizza school, but we also wanted it to be the best on the planet. Our curriculum is true to ancient techniques, values, and protected status," according to  Jessica McKenzie. She is the head instructor of the Vegan Pizza Academy in Mallorca. "We were fortunate to train directly Chef Enzo Coccia of Naples Italy. We also interfaced with Franco Pepe, owner of Pizzeria Pepe i Grani, the world's leading pizzeria. The future of food is vegan and we want back to the beginning to stay true to where it began."

The two companies plan on promoting the use of the ovens for use in restaurants.   Those who want to add fired pizzas to their menus can now easily use a Valoriani oven. Hotel chains around the world wanting to offer pizza options that do not cross over with conventional pizzas now have a perfect solution.

In the collaboration the two organizations intend to build a global database for Valoriani Pizza oven owners. Vegan Gastronomy will provide instructional videos about setting and use of equipment can be adjusted to meet the requirements of plant based ingredients such as vegan pepperoni, vegan buffalo mozzarella cheese, vegan ham and salami.
