Due To The Amazing Responses, Taming The Anxious Mind Book Signing Location Changed

The new location is Kelly Lecture Hall in Hoffberger Science Building at Goucher College, 3/31
BALTIMORE - March 18, 2019 - PRLog -- Due to the astonishing response, the sign-up has exceeded the capacity of the original venue.  The Talk and Book Signing for Taming the Anxious Mind now will be held at Kelly Lecture Hall in Hoffberger Science Building at Goucher College on 3/31 (Building #12a on the Goucher reference map).

Successful psychologist and author Heidi Schreiber-Pan, Ph.D., has spent the last 20 years observing the human mind under stress.  An intriguing collection of clinical experiences now appear in her book Taming the Anxious Mind which deconstructs the complex treatment of anxiety and stress disorders into a user-friendly and action-oriented guidebook.

At the book signing, Dr. Schreiber-Pan will talk about three science-based tools that a resilient person must inhabit to experience a more peaceful life. Readers will learn how to have a different relationship with themselves by mastering and understanding how the mind works and practicing ways to better manage it. Even though emotions such as anxiety can seem powerful beyond control, emotions are inherently related to our thinking processes. Therefore, they are under our control to influence.

There may not be enough copies for sale at the book signing due to the limited stock.  The audience is encouraged to get a copy from Amazon.com or your local book store.  Book title: Taming the Anxious Mind – A Guide Book to Relief Stress & Anxiety.  ISBN:  978-1732998803
