Columbia Sports Management, Escuela Universitaria Real Madrid Universidad Europea, Form Partnership

NEW YORK - March 11, 2019 - PRLog -- Columbia University's Sports Management graduate program today announced a new landmark, multiyear partnership with Escuela Universitaria Real Madrid Universidad Europea Master's Degree in Sports Management Program  to create a week-long program for our students to travel to Madrid during Columbia's Spring Break (March 16 - March 23) and study with a number of professionals at a highly ranked Sports Management program, including both faculty and staff of Escuela Universitaria Real Madrid Universidad Europea and some executives from Real Madrid C.F. The partnership further expands the global reach of the Ivy League's only Sports Management Program, and expands the program's offerings in and around the business of soccer. The Escuela Universitaria Real Madrid Universidad Europea Master's Degree in Sports Business Program is universally recognized as one of the most diverse and expansive in the world.

"This opportunity to link these two elite programs is a great next step in the global sports business learning process for both our students and those at Escuela Universitaria Real Madrid Universidad Europea," said Scott Rosner, Professor of Professional Practice and the Academic Director of the Sports Management Program. The week will consist of classroom time from Monday to Friday, a visit to the Santiago Bernabeu and many activities.  The Escuela Universitaria Real Madrid Universidad Europea students will reciprocate the visit into New York in June, with a similar interactive immersive experience.
