DETROIT - March 8, 2019 - PRLog -- Atlanta, GA;  Lifelong entrepreneur and successful CEO, Mary H. Parker, is taking her dream on the road: "I've launched my vision for a University specifically designed to catapult the female entrepreneur into becoming her own CEO, or She EO, as I like to say," smiles Parker, CEO of All N One Security, headquartered in Atlanta, GA., "and now, with our Atlanta Summit under our belt, I'm taking my program to my dearly beloved Detroit."

Parker, who left Detroit, MI, for Atlanta, GA in the early 90's is a General Motors Alum, and she credits many of her important business lessons to her time with the nations auto giant. "If you read my autobiography, The Chick in Charge, you're going to hear about my time with GM, and what working in this male-dominated industry did for me professionally." Says Parker, "I'm not afraid to work with the guys...they're tough, but I'm tougher."

Though raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Parker, who has become a phenom as a hugely successful female CEO in the male-dominated security industry, learned lessons that only the Motor City could teach, "I love Detroit. I come here often. I have lifelong friends here, and this city helped create the successful entrepreneur that I WAS, as well as the successful CEO that I AM."

Partnering with National Business League in Detroit, Mary Parker has made a smart and a strong alliance with city leader, Dr. Ken Harris. "Dr. Harris is an inspiration to me. His contributions throughout the country and to the success of women business owners in Detroit are unprecedented. I respect Dr. Harris and couldn't ask for a better supporter."

The feeling is mutual, as Dr. Harris likes to point out, "Mary Parker's success is a product of her life in Detroit and her work with General Motors." He continues, "I want the women business owners in this city and throughout the country to see Mary, to meet and get to know her, and more importantly, to be inspired by her leadership. The lessons she shares with the FACS University Program have their roots in Detroit, and can be integrated into the success of our amazing population of women-owned businesses."

Parker, who conceived of this program after a stint mentoring young female entrepreneurs, recently launched her national promotional tour with its inaugural debut in Atlanta, GA.  FACS University is an anacronym for Parker's tried and true formula for business success: FOCUS, ANALYZE, COMMIT & STRATEGIZE. "These 4 pillars work together to hold up the foundation for a successful business. Being an entrepreneur can be overwhelming – you're in charge of marketing, sales, business development – everything!" says Parker, "We give our ladies a 'compass' of sorts – we show them the way!"

The Women's Entrepreneurial Empowerment Summit will take place at The Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History at 315 East Warren Avenue, in Detroit, Michigan, on April 4th, 2019.
