Local Jewelry Boutique Hosts its First Annual Bridal Show

ITHACA, N.Y. - March 1, 2019 - PRLog -- The Jewelbox is pleased to announce its first annual Bridal Show. The event will take place during boutique hours from Thursday, March 14th - Saturday, March 16th with extended hours until 7PM on Friday, March 15th.

This event will feature local wedding vendors, cake and wine tasting, door prizes, and Q&A sessions with industry experts. Additionally, The Jewelbox is hosting Kalee Sholdt of Sholdt Designs (Seattle, WA) with a trunk show to showcase their new "1935" vintage-inspired line of designs in honor of the sketches from Kalee's great-grandparents and first generation owners of Sholdt Designs. Other bridal jewelry collections will be represented at the event, including Micky Roof (Ithaca), Adel Chefridi (New York) and Freeman Fine Jewelers (Vermont).

Local vendors participating include dress designer Layne Dann of Gee June Bridal, floral arrangements by Ithaca Flower Shop, cake tasting by The Hudson Cake Studio, entertainment/lighting displays by Envision Entertainment and wine tasting by Lucas Vineyards. In addition to sharing information about their services, talks will be offered throughout the event on various aspects of wedding planning. Micky Roof, Ithaca's premier designer and master goldsmith, will be offering complimentary consultations throughout the event for couples looking to design their own custom wedding bands.

The Jewelbox showcases the striking designs of local designer and goldsmith Micky Roof alongside the works of other contemporary jewelry artists from around the world. They are dedicated to preserving the trusted relationship between the jewelry maker and its wearer and are a full-service jewelry store. Later this year, the Jewelbox will be celebrating their 40th anniversary with a community celebration in Ithaca's West End.
