FREE Debt Negotiation Software Now in Spanish

Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (P.L. 95-109), debtors have the right to request in what manner and when creditors shall contact them. By inviting creditors to negotiate through SettleiTsoft, debtors are identifying this method of electronic communication as their preferred manner of negotiation; which should then stop predatory collection practices from the debt collectors.
