Southern Ocean Chamber invites Non Profits to Thrive in105

-- The Southen Ocean County Chamber of Commerce announces its anniversary Non Profit event to assist in creating an open conversation between non profit organizations serving the region. The Thrive in 105 Non Profit Community Partnership Workshop will be held Friday, June 7 from 10am to noon at the Stockton Manahawkin Campus located at 712 E Bay Ave. The gathering will encourage groups to discuss area needs, combined efforts and shared resources. Non profits are invited to reserve a spot for their representative by contacting the chamber office directly. There is no fee to attend.
The globally accredited business organization celebrates 105 years of continuous service assisting those doing business in the region. In addition to multiple events each month geared towards economic development and networking; it also creates authentic programs to assist their non profit members and other community groups. As part of the Non Profit Solutions program, the chamber announced that they were dedicating their 105th year to non profits including the volunteer first responder companies throughout Southern Ocean County. The chamber launched their dedicated webpage, where the non profits are organized by service areas including Youth, Wellness, Cimmunity and Culture, as well as Emergency First Responder directory which can be seen at https://visitlbiregion.com/thrive-in-105/
. The chamber encourages businesses and residents to "pick their passion" by exploring the site when looking to volunteer, donate or support events.
