BRYN rolls out Beta version of its CAPTABLE Platform
By: BRYN Resources
The Beta version represents a fully functional system that allows founders of companies to build a shareholder registry and to issue stock options to employees. The backend of the platform will be managed by Integral Transfer Agency (www.integraltransfer.com)
"Being a small business owner, it is so hard to retain key employees. One way to keep them and it help keep the focus on the business's success is to give them ownership" says Marco Janeczek, VP Business Development, BRYN Resources Inc., "In the past this has been a disjointed process where critical ownership information was kept via email trails, text messages or a spreadsheet. That has created many conflicts and has diminished the value of the ownership stakes. We want to give the control to the founder of how equity is being managed, and at the same time have employees, advisors and anyone that has options have their own wallet.
CAPTABLE will continue to expand on its shareholder management capabilities to provide the necessary control and support that both private and public companies and their shareholders need. Janeczek also said "We will be announcing some exciting partnerships soon."
BRYN is a publicly listed company on the OTC markets, trading under the symbol BRYN, and is in the business of providing corporate, capital and communication infrastructure for micro-cap companies globally.
