BRYN rolls out Beta version of its CAPTABLE Platform

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. - Feb. 25, 2019 - PRLog -- BRYN Resources, Inc. (OTC Markets: BRYN) is rolling out it's beta version of www.CAPTABLE.ca, Canada's first cap table management platform targeting small business and startups.

The Beta version represents a fully functional system that allows founders of companies to build a shareholder registry and to issue stock options to employees. The backend of the platform will be managed by Integral Transfer Agency (www.integraltransfer.com).

"Being a small business owner, it is so hard to retain key employees.
