SEYMOUR, Conn. - Feb. 24, 2019 - PRLog -- Millennial Den LLC now brings its job advice tips right to millennials' doorsteps. Randye Spina and Fran Trelease, co-founders of Millennial Den, have launched a series of weekly YouTube "Tips from the Den," to both parents of adult children, and their recent college grads struggling to find professional jobs.

The series, bitly.com/MillDenYouTube, complements a larger mission, to help Boomerang Children find professional jobs. Information is accessible across most major social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. The newest addition – Instagram! (put bitly link here.)

"Young adults today are on the go," said Trelease. "Their phones and IPads are an extension of them. So we've made our training programs available - 24/7 - on any screen or device."

Spina and Trelease are both college professors and successful business owners. Because of this, many former students return to them – sometimes years later – to tap into their real-world experience. It didn't take for Spina and Trelease to recognize this growing need to help them and others get prepared with career ready job search skills.

Dubbed The Den Mothers, Spina and Trelease launched an online boot-camp style training company this year, to reach 20-something college grads where they live, work and play.

They combined forces to create a 5-Step Job Search Action Plan to help new grads land on their feet. The program provides laser-focused career training, to successfully transition new and recent college grads from student to career-ready employee.

Says Trelease, "We see the unique challenges our graduated students now face in the job market. The odds are not in their favor. Statistics show that just one in four grads have a full-time career position waiting for them when they graduate. That's not acceptable."

Millennial Den's breakthrough 5-Step Job Search Action Plan seeks to help the majority of graduates, those who take an average 7-12 months to land that first stable job -- just about the same time their student loans start coming due. These include federal student loans, private loans, and grants.

Through a series of online modules, Millennial Den provides customized, multi-level career ready training available on Teachable, a premier EdTech company. The initial product, launched on February 2, is the first of the series, and gives a 26-minute overview of do's and don'ts for successful job searching and interviewing. Program participants also receive a Welcome Package with letter and resume templates, checklists, a free eBook, and more.

"Our mission is simple – to bridge the gap between college training and real-world career readiness for new graduates," says Trelease, herself the mother of two college students. "We've combined our business and higher education expertise to develop a job search action plan they can put to use immediately."

Says Spina, with a chuckle, "This program helps new and recent college grads put their college degree to work for them -- and helps get them able to move out of their parents' basements! We provide them with   all the insight and tools they need to succeed."
