Band Aid to Financial Aid; story of Roxanne B. Jose
HELPFUL WOMEN FINISH RICH
A Registered Nurse turned Hawaii Financier, Roxanne Baxa-Jose, 28, could strongly attest to that. Although she got married and have two children at an early age, she didn't let settling down get in the way of her passion. She said that it's her sense for helpfulness that made her to become the woman she is becoming.
"Success is more attractive when you are helpful", said Jose.
Unknown to most people, Jose has first served as a volunteered nurse in the Philippines. She usually worked late nights, usually skipped meals and didn't have a normal sleeping routine at the expense of her health deteriorating. Indeed, she forgot what it feels like to have a life for as long as her patients are kept happy and healthy.
"The smiles from my patients when they see me are what kept me going", she smiled.
Although this Unica Hija is somehow spoiled by her family, her passion for helpfulness never ceased. Her system is equipped with sense of responsibility and a compassion for humanity.
"I was blessed since birth and I feel the need to give back to the Lord by rendering aid", she added.
Eventually with the help of her parents, she migrated to USA and pursued her career as US Registered Nurse. She proved that a change of location wouldn't stop her from doing what she loves that is to render care and assistance.
"Life in USA is not easy. There were times that my patient would throw up in front of me and be crazy at times but I am happy to help even more.", she smiled.
Her first job experience in USA has taught her too much patience and understanding that giving up is not a phrase in her vocabulary. Until a series of mishaps was brought by her career, she had deep thinking and finally woke up that financial genius in her.
"It started with an idea. Then I put actions into it to make it a reality", she continued.
Then with the advent of new millennium and being caught in a middle-income trap, she shifted from handling band aid to financial aid.
It is for this reason that she founded her own financing company Supreme Commercial Capital which aims to help business owners obtain financing. Through this, she is able to fund business owners and share a lot of lending knowledge to companies that are caught in the thick of this rocky economy.
"More business will produce generous hearts and will bring people to more job opportunities."
She secretly hopes that the number of potential business owners knocking at her door is driven by sense of generosity. She believes that the more successful a person is, the more helpful she will be.
"My goal is to have my company known not as an income generating business but as a company that is inspired by spirit to help", she disclosed.
Jose's business property financing programs includes Commercial Real Estate Financing, Consumer Finance, Equipment Financing, Franchise Financing, Healthcare Financing, Merchant Cash Advance, Purchase Order Financing, Small Business Loan, Stated Income Commercial Real Estate and Unsecured Business Line of Credit.
When asked what is her greatest achievement in life apart from being the CEO of SCC, she said, "Seeing people become successful because of me".
Jose studied in Albany, New York and is a Certified Professional within the Commercial Finance Marketplace. Her company can fund up to $50Million from around 400+ Lenders.
