Moss Construction Promotes Toby Manulak to Vice President

TAMPA, Fla. - Feb. 20, 2019 - PRLog -- Moss Construction is pleased to announce that Toby Manulak has been promoted to Vice President in the firm's Tampa office.

"Moss has always prided itself in promoting talent from within," said Mike Mazza, executive vice president for Moss. "Toby has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry and has been involved in many large projects for Moss in mid-Florida."

As Vice President and project executive, Manulak will be responsible for overseeing all items related to construction operations including business development, staffing assignments, project plan development, cost and schedule analysis, as well as owner and subcontractor negotiations.

In addition, Manulak, a Florida Certified Contractor and LEED Accredited Professional B+CD, will also be involved with all project phases from pre-construction to construction and project close-out.

Manulak joined Moss in 2015 as a senior project manager.
