Paylite® HR Software and Oracle are integrated to deliver goals of TAV Technologies

DUBAI, UAE - Feb. 18, 2019 - PRLog -- Citytech broke the news of a successful and strategic integration of Paylite HRMS, Payroll, Self Service and Attendance Systems with Oracle to meet and execute the requirements of TAV Technologies.

TAV Technologies which is a new Paylite client from airport management sector is said to benefit from this integration competently. It is also said to enable TAV Technologies to achieve their objectives through a simplified HR process and deliver value to their employees and HR managers.

By enabling this integration, data transfers between Paylite HR and Oracle will process seamlessly and securely. It will also help the entire HR process cycle managed in a simplified and consolidated way.

In his statement, a product manager of Paylite explained the process by saying that Paylite HRMS will pull employee data of TAV Technologies from Oracle database for payroll processing. In order to do it, Paylite Payroll System will retrieve employee attendance data from Paylite Attendance System and data of leaves, loans, and deductions from Paylite Self Service System. All updates will then be posted to Oracle ERP by Paylite.

The entire HR process cycle will become accelerated and deliver foolproof outputs. The challenge on part of Paylite was to ensure that there was no duplicate entry as two HR systems would be working separately. However, this challenge has been successfully overcome, thanks to the seamless integration between Paylite HR Software and Oracle.
