Legal recruitment marketplace, Route1, announces guaranteed 5% sign-on bonus to all candidates that find a new role through their platform

Referral rewards have long been a part of recruitment but candidates are rarely rewarded for their part in the process. Route1 has always been candidate-focussed, so we have made the decision to directly reward those candidates that choose to find a new role through our platform with a 5% guaranteed signing bonus.
